This week I've been on bit of a historical kick with Love in Revolution by BR Collins - an interesting teen romance with a difference and Mistress of the Sea by Jenny Borden - pirating with Sir Francis Drake in the Caribbean.

Another restraint week in terms of books in. A couple of review book and one of the amazon daily deals I couldn't resist.

I requested this on Netgalley as I love books involving Gods and the idea of them reappearing in modern times is quite tasty!

This was the kindle daily deal on Wednesday and I just thought it sounded nice. It's had some strong reviews on Goodreads so definitely an impulse purchase but I am looking forward to see if it reminds me of Practical Magic...
